Currently, as an HR Business Partner at Treasure Data, she leverages her recruitment expertise to support business growth from a strategic HR perspective.
Santana Ilhamnur Fadli / Talent Acquisition Specialist, Cybozu
Originally from Indonesia, Santana started his career at Seino Transportation, where he was responsible for recruiting new graduates, mid-career professionals, and global talent. He joined Cybozu in September 2022 and is now a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the engineer recruiting team. His mission is to acquire top engineering talent from both Japan and overseas, handling everything from strategy planning and direct sourcing to employer branding.
Luigi Taira D. / Tech Lead, KATIX
Luigi is the Tech Lead at KATIX, where he focuses on building engineering culture and leading hiring for the development team. Coming from a strong engineering background, he designed a hiring process that not only stands resilient against AI but also leverages it to find great talent.
