Registration is closed
In this workshop, you'll be assigned a team, and be given a fictional Japanese company that's looking to start hiring international software developers. With your team members, you'll discuss the approach you think the company should take, including things like tradeoffs between different Japanese and English requirements, and how to attract the right candidates to the position. After your team decides your approach, you'll present it to the other participants, and we'll vote on the best one.
Through this fictional scenario, you'll be able to better understand how you might improve your own company's hiring efforts for building a global team.
This event will be bilingual: the introduction will be in Japanese, but then you'll have the option to join an English or Japanese speaking team.
